YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Client Engagement Manager – Europe, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the Client Engagement team, helping us leading and elevating the client engagement vision across the region, with a strong focus on strengthening relationships with the Maison’s most valuable clients and accelerating the growth of the top tier of the client pyramid.
Reporting to the Head of Client Engagement & CVM – Europe, the role will define and drive engagement plan aimed at increasing client loyalty, expanding the base of high-spending and UHNW clients, and reinforcing long-term client value across European markets.
More specifically you will:
- Define, in alignment with the Head of department, the client engagement strategy across Europe, with a strong focus on UHNW and top-tier client development, aiming to strengthen loyalty and accelerate the growth of the top tier of the client pyramid.
- Develop and oversee highly curated on brand experiences and bespoke engagement initiatives designed to reinforce emotional connection, elevate brand desirability and increase client value.
- Lead and coordinate regional Clienteling Managers across European markets, providing strategic direction, guidance and best practices to ensure consistency, excellence and alignment in client engagement and VIC development initiatives across the region.
- Partner closely with Retail, Marketing, Events and CVM teams to ensure a consistent, elevated and commercially impactful client experience across all European markets.
- Drive the execution and governance of strategic client engagement initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, alignment with brand standards and seamless coordination across regional markets and headquarters.
- Monitor client engagement performance, VIC development and ROI of initiatives, leveraging insights to continuously optimize engagement strategies and maximize both client loyalty and business impact."
WHO YOU ARE
- You bring 7+ years of experience in Client Engagement, Client Experience, Experiential Marketing, or Events within Luxury, Fashion, Jewelry, Hospitality, or other premium industries.
- You’re skilled in designing and managing high-end experiences and events for top-tier and UHNW clients.
- You’re skilled in understanding luxury retail environments, clienteling dynamics, and VIC engagement strategies, with a strong sensitivity to the codes and expectations of the luxury industry.
- You’re known for exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop trusted relationships with UHNW clients and key stakeholders across the luxury ecosystem, and it shows in how you work with others.
- You’re skilled in project management, with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic and creative mindset, with the ability to translate brand values into meaningful and memorable client experiences.
- You’re known for your analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance, client impact, and ROI of engagement initiatives.
- You’re known for being highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced international environment.
- You communicate fluently in English and Italian (mandatory).
- Availability to travel across Europe
WHAT WE OFFER
The position provides for a base salary between: euro 70.000 – 80.000
Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
