We are looking for young professionals with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering to join Flex Design Center in Milan.
In this role you will be part of an experienced team to pro-actively support in the mechanical design of connected medical devices. You will execute technical assessments, perform simulations and implement innovative and cost-effective solutions, from prototype development to full scale production.
What a typical day looks like:

You will work in a multidisciplinary team to develop the mechanical components of medical devices.

Perform feasibility studies and build proof of concept prototypes for assessment.

Provide high quality technical reports supported by simulations and/or lab tests.
Here is some of what you’ll need:

MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Kinematics Mechanism and Production Technology Processes knowledge.
-
CAD tool competence (with preference for CREO or SOLIDWORKS).

Great communication skills – explaining technical topics.
-
Fluent in English and Italian.
