Job Description
Are you an organised and proactive professional who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a PA & Office Manager to support senior leaders across our European Asset Management business while helping to ensure our offices operate efficiently and effectively.
This is a varied role that combines high-level executive support with office management responsibilities. You'll work closely with up to three Country Heads, managing priorities, coordinating activities and creating a professional and welcoming office environment. What you’ll be doing:

Providing proactive PA support to European Country Heads, managing complex diaries and coordinating priorities

Arranging domestic and international travel, meetings and appointments to maximise efficiency and productivity

Managing correspondence, preparing documents and supporting confidential communications

Maintaining accurate filing systems, records and administrative processes

Acting as a key point of contact for visitors, suppliers and internal stakeholders

Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Milan office and supporting additional European offices

Managing office facilities, supplies, meeting rooms, invoices and expenses in line with company policies

Coordinating business continuity activities, supporting IT-related requirements and driving office improvements
Who we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a PA, Executive Assistant or Office Manager role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
-
Experience coordinating travel, diaries, meetings, expenses and administrative activities

Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels
-
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
-
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-
Ability to work independently, use initiative and remain calm under pressure

Experience within financial services and knowledge of business continuity processes would be advantageous
