Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional Tour Leader to join our team and help us deliver outstanding experiences for our guests. As a Tour Leader, you will guide visitors through Rome, share your knowledge and passion for the city, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe, memorable, and enjoyable tour.
Responsibilities
- Lead groups of visitors on golf cart, Segway, and e-bike tours, providing engaging and informative commentary on Rome’s history, culture, and landmarks.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Rome’s history, culture, and main attractions in order to deliver accurate and engaging tours.
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the experience.
- Drive or ride golf carts, Segways, and e-bikes safely and responsibly, following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly attitude at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a memorable experience for every guest.
- Collaborate with the Rolling Rome team to ensure all tours run smoothly and efficiently.
- Continuously improve and update your knowledge and skills to stay current with Rome’s tourism industry.
Requirements
- High level of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to engage and captivate an audience.
- Positive attitude and passion for working with people from around the world.
- Hard-working, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Enthusiasm for local history and culture, with a desire to share your knowledge with others.
- Valid category B driving license in Italy, essential.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
