Drive Supply Chain system excellence: become the go-to contact for procurement systems, support users across the organization, and help ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations

Lead digitalisation and innovation in procurement processes: explore new functionalities, test system enhancements, and actively contribute ideas that improve efficiency, usability, and process standardization

Turn data into actionable insights: monitor procurement KPIs, analyze performance trends, and provide reporting that enables data-driven decisions and measurable business improvements

Create value through operational procurement: prepare contracts and purchase orders, validate purchasing requests, and ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement activities

Deliver exceptional customer outcomes for internal stakeholders: build trusted relationships with business requesters, understand operational needs, and support effective adoption of procurement processes and tools

Support sourcing and supplier development activities: contribute to market research, supplier scouting, sourcing initiatives, and supplier implementation together with Category Managers

Relevant academic qualification: bring a Master's degree, equivalent academic background, or a comparable professional qualification with additional specialization

Procurement and Supply Chain systems experience: apply practical experience supporting procurement tools and guiding users through procurement processes and system-related topics

Analytical and reporting expertise: transform complex data into meaningful reports and recommendations that support informed business decisions

Stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills: navigate confidently between business functions, IT teams, procurement stakeholders, and suppliers while creating alignment and driving results

SAP MM expertise: use SAP MM confidently and leverage additional knowledge of systems such as SRM, Coupa, EBP, EBCN, Extranet, or ECP to support operational excellence
