Salento With Love is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Video Editor to join our creative team.
We specialise in high-end real estate, property development and architectural renovations across Southern Italy, creating content that combines storytelling, design and craftsmanship.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just edit videos, but knows how to tell a story through images, music and emotion.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
* Proven ability to edit YouTube videos, Instagram Reels and other social media content.
* Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling and visual composition.
* Experience with subtitles, sound design, colour grading and motion graphics.
* Attention to detail, creativity and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressure
* Good English communication skills (Italian is a plus, but not essential).
* On-site presence in our office in Galatone, Puglia, is a mandatory requirement. This is not a remote position.
