ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Staff Test Engineer to design, develop and deploy production test software for manufacturing lines in an international environment.
The role combines software development, hardware integration and production support, with a strong focus on automation, reliability and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with R&D, manufacturing and international teams to develop test solutions used in high-volume production environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, debug and deploy production Test Software (TSW) for manufacturing lines.
Support R&D hardware teams by creating dedicated validation and testing tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to test systems and equipment.
Improve test coverage, reliability, efficiency and production throughput.
Contribute to innovation initiatives and cost-reduction activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong object-oriented programming skills.
Experience in test automation or industrial/manufacturing environments.
Good understanding of hardware debugging and electronic instrumentation.
Basic knowledge of RF systems and measurements.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation.
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a collaborative environment.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with automated test equipment (ATE).
Familiarity with RF measurements and instrumentation.
Experience in manufacturing or production test environments.
Knowledge of scripting, data analysis or test automation tools.
Matlab, Python or SCPI communication knowledge.
Interest or knowledge in AI-assisted engineering tools and automation workflows.
