As a Junior Admin, you will play a key role in supporting BauWatch by ensuring the efficient management of contracts, customer documentation, and administrative processes. You will contribute to the smooth execution of commercial activities by maintaining accurate records, supporting contract administration, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Sales team in the preparation, execution, and administration of customer contracts
Prepare, review, and submit complete documentation required for commercial proposals and contract execution
Ensure customer contract files are accurate, complete, well-organized, and properly maintained throughout the contract lifecycle
Manage documentation through customer portals and internal systems, including uploading, downloading, tracking, and filing documents
Provide day-to-day administrative support to facilitate smooth sales and contract operations
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to resolve documentation, compliance, or administrative issues
Monitor contract deadlines and support the timely completion of administrative activities
Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards
