The IT Business Specialist is responsible for providing functional support and acts as a key liaison between Business stakeholders and IT in relation to applications and processes within the Fund Accounting (TA, NAV, settlement and Regulatory aspects) environment. The role serves as the primary functional point of contact for the Office Manager, ensuring effective support through strong knowledge of the relevant operational procedures.
The role also includes supporting the assessment and implementation of application changes by translating business needs into functional requirements and contributing to the continuous enhancement of existing processes and systems. Working in close partnership with Business and IT teams, the IT Business Specialist helps ensure that technology solutions are aligned with operational priorities, delivered efficiently, and maintained in accordance with business expectations and service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Provide functional support as the first point of contact for the Office Manager, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the Fund Accounting procedure.

Perform functional analysis on the Fund Accounting application and related software programs.

Meet with Business stakeholders to collect, assess, and coordinate new software requirements and changes to existing software processes.
