We are looking for a Regional Power+ Program Coordinator to lead and shape the program across Central Southern Europe and Middle East. This is a unique opportunity to combine people leadership, strategic program ownership, and cross-functional collaboration in a truly global and purpose-driven environment.
As a key member of our HR community, you will act as a trusted partner to the business and a dedicated leader for our Power+ Trainees, ensuring an impactful and consistent experience aligned with our global standards and values.
How you will make an impact
Program Management
- Drive regional excellence of the Power+ Program, ensuring strong alignment with global standards while adapting to local market needs
- Strengthen the employer brand, positioning Power+ as a flagship early careers program through local ambassadorship and market engagement
- Partner with business leaders to identify meaningful, high-impact assignment projects that support both talent development and business priorities
- Act as a program ambassador, educating stakeholders on program structure, value proposition, and investment to drive engagement and ownership
- Manage the program’s budget effectively, ensuring transparency and discipline
- Ensure data excellence, maintaining high-quality reporting and data integrity within the global program landscape
People Management
- Lead, coach, and inspire Power+ Trainees as their direct line manager, creating an inclusive, high-performance environment where individuals can thrive
- Shape the future talent pipeline by driving recruitment strategy and acting as hiring manager in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams
- Deliver an outstanding employee experience across the full lifecycle, including:
- Hiring and selection of high-potential talent
- Onboarding into Hitachi Energy, the program, and local context
- Guidance on performance management and development processes
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and global standards
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with HRBPs and business leaders to support long-term talent development
Your background
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
- Excellent English both written and verbal.
- 3-5+ years of experience in HR Program Management with preferred Talent Management background.
- Experience working in a complex environment and managing multiple stakeholders in different business areas, excellent project management skills with ability to hold partners accountable across the globe and drive toward results by deadline.
- Ability to think global and act local while translating ideas into tangible results.
- Strong commitment to and passion for incorporating Diversity, Equity & Inclusion into all you do as a professional.
- Excellent interpersonal, coaching, influencing and communication skills and a strong desire to bring your passion and energy to advancing a sustainable energy future for all.

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:
Starting from: 38000€ gross
The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
