As a Data Scientist, you will analyze a variety of data sources, including sales, marketing and media, promotions, pricing and macroeconomic indicators, and develop statistical models to answer business questions coming from multiple stakeholders across categories and geographies.
In this role, you will develop, test and roll out statistical and machine learning models to support data driven decision making, working closely with IT, business stakeholders and other roles within the Data & AI function. Depending on project needs, you may also collaborate with external agencies as well as data and solution providers.
You will design and implement procedures to clean, structure and classify data from disparate sources such as retail sell out, eCommerce sales, digital shelf metrics, shopper behavior data, consumer surveys, marketing data and other third party datasets, ensuring data readiness for modeling and reporting.
To increase efficiency in recurring analytical activities, you will script automation workflows for analytical pipelines and apply MLOps principles across the model lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring and drift detection. You will work in Power BI to visualize analytical results for business stakeholders and, in some cases, design and test UI solutions that enable users to independently run models and explore results. In addition, you will build and optimize GenAI applications to address different business needs.
Working as part of a team of data scientists, you will collaborate, exchange ideas, share knowledge and contribute to the continuous development of analytics capabilities within the organization.
