MISSION You will support the delivery of projects and initiatives aimed at improving aftersales processes, service quality, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer experience within the Service Excellence organization. This role is ideal for a high-potential candidate who wants to grow in project management within a structured, international, and operational environment, working on concrete and business-critical initiatives. You will focus on execution, coordination, and delivery, working closely with business, operational, and ICT/Digital teams. WHAT WILL YOU DO • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects within the Service Excellence domain • Help define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and documentation • Coordinate day-to-day project activities across business, operational, and ICT/Digital teams • Track progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, proposing mitigation actions when needed • Support governance activities by preparing project status updates and reporting • Facilitate alignment meetings, workshops, and progress reviews • Ensure quality, readiness, and go-live preparation of project deliverables • Support change management and handover to operational teams • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of project management practices
