Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como’s Steward is in charge of keeping the kitchen clean and sanitized, managing the workflow of dirt and clean dishes, equipment and taking care of the wastage areas.
Duties and responsibilities:
Operate the dishwashers and other equipment used for cleaning and sterilizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items
