The Strategy & Business Insights Specialist plays a key role in supporting the company's growth agenda and long-term value creation. Working closely with senior leadership, the role contributes to strategic planning, business development initiatives, portfolio assessments, growth projects, and executive decision-making.
The position combines strategic problem solving, business analysis, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, evaluate strategic options, and translate complex business questions into actionable recommendations.
The role reports to the Head of Strategy & Market Intelligence.
YOUR TASKS

Support the development of strategic plans, long-term growth initiatives and business cases

Conduct strategic analyses on categories, brands, channels and markets to identify growth and business development opportunities

Prepare strategic recommendations and executive presentations for senior leadership

Support strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives across commercial, innovation and operations functions

Monitor business performance and identify risks, opportunities and value creation levers

Translate complex analyses into clear insights and actionable recommendations for decision-making

Build and maintain a structured market intelligence framework across categories and geographies

Monitor market trends, competitive developments and consumer dynamics to support strategic decisions

Manage external data sources and synthesize insights into actionable business recommendations
YOUR PROFILE

2-3 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, preferably with exposure to FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or related industries

Experience in corporate strategy, business development, or strategic planning within a leading FMCG company is considered an advantage

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to structure complex business questions

Experience developing strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders

Ability to combine analytical rigor with practical business judgment

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, the starting salary for this position is €43,490 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and the scope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation package may be adjusted accordingly.
