In this role, you design across a range of social-first formats for global clients, from static posts and Stories to video assets and digital ads, working closely with senior creatives to bring concepts from brief to delivery. You design day-to-day visual content across client social media channels, from static posts and Stories to video assets and digital ads, with a social-first mindset and an eye for what performs

You assist senior team members in bringing creative concepts to life, producing mockups, building wireframes and supporting the execution of ideas from brief to delivery

You resize and adapt existing artwork for different formats and platforms, adjusting typography, correcting images and ensuring all files are production-ready

You ensure all creative outputs strictly adhere to brand guidelines, covering colour palettes, logos and typography, across every asset you touch

You maintain and organise design assets, image libraries and project folders, keeping workflows running smoothly across the team

You have hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CapCut, and are comfortable working in Figma for collaborative design

You have a strong foundation in design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout and composition, and apply them instinctively, not just technically

You have a genuine social-first sensibility and understand how visual content works on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn

You have a sharp eye for detail, with pixel-perfect alignment, accurate colour reproduction and clean file delivery as non-negotiables

You hold a degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a closely related field, and bring agency or multi-brand experience that lets you move fast across briefs

We enable brands to win and retain customers on social media, and do all that works for that: influencer marketing, paid social advertising and social media management. By today, we have grown to offices across several countries, and a team of 100+ people, all pursuing that 1 vision.
