We are currently recruiting a talented lawyer to join our Corporate team in Milan. If you’re an ambitious Lawyer with experience in M&A and Private Equity transactions, bring your ambition, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset to a global business that’s redefining the possible. You’ll represent Italian and foreign corporations and investment funds, but also entrepreneurs and private clients, with respect to a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.
Main duties and responsibilities
- You will be working as part of our market leading corporate team and will regularly advise Italian and multinational companies on a wide range of domestic and cross-border M&A and corporate finance transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, demergers, reorganizations and other extraordinary transactions
- You will provide assistance to domestic and foreign companies in domestic and cross-border transactions
- You will also assist Italian and foreign investors and shareholders with respect to the definition of a proper corporate governance and the negotiation and execution of shareholders' agreements
About you
- Graduated with excellent academic marks, and admitted to the Italian Bar
- We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. However, we believe that candidates who have between 4 and 5 years’ PQE are likely to have the right level of legal knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role
- Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English
- Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines
- Positive mentality with a "can do" attitude
- Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellence
- Open to changing environment which requires daily learning
