Raffles Milano, an accredited higher-education design institute in the heart of Milan and part of Raffles Education (16 campuses, 9 countries) is looking for an experienced freelance digital marketing specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns in support of the institutional and academic promotion of the school and its Bachelor, Master and 3-year programs. You will own campaign performance end to end — from strategy and daily optimization to weekly reporting — working directly with our marketing and sales teams to generate qualified leads for high-value courses.
Key responsibilities
- Daily management and optimization of paid traffic campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms as needed.
- Optimise campaigns to achieve tangible, measurable results — improved CTR, more contacts generated, and efficient budget allocation.
- Prepare and submit weekly performance reports (delivered by Monday each week).
- GA4-based qualitative analysis of website traffic and performance.
- Evaluate and implement new marketing channels and campaign improvements.
- Weekly 1-hour performance review call with the Client and a monthly update of the media budget sheet.

What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Strong command of GA4 and campaign analytics, with a data-driven, results-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage significant media budgets and optimize costs per lead and conversions.
- Solid reporting skills and clear, reliable weekly communication.
- Experience in education, design, fashion, or premium/high-consideration sectors is a plus.
- Own VAT number (P.IVA) and ability to work as an independent contractor.
