To support our continued growth in Italy, we are seeking a Senior Project Sales Engineer .
This is a commercially accountable and strategically focused role at Level 2 within the C&I Project Sales organization. The position is responsible for leading the capture, protection, and conversion of Eaton‑specified tenders throughout the project execution phase. Acting as the primary commercial interface with major installers and general contractors , the Senior Project Sales Engineer manages the full Eaton product portfolio across Northern Italy , with a strong focus on the Lombardy and/or Veneto regions .
The role ensures project execution is fully aligned with Eaton’s specification strategy, while proactively identifying and converting non‑specified opportunities. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with execution‑phase stakeholders, identifying untapped market potential, and influencing project specifications to position Eaton competitively.
Beyond technical and project engagement, the role carries full commercial ownership , including pricing strategy, cross‑functional coordination, and the delivery of key project intelligence to protect specifications, prevent erosion, and maximize Eaton’s commercial and technical value in final project outcomes.
The position will be based in Lombardy or Veneto , with the opportunity to support strategic consultants in adjacent regions.
