Junior Business Consultant:
HSPI S.p.A., a company of the TXT Group, is looking for two Junior Business Consultants to join its Healthcare Division.
The selected candidates will support the monitoring and control of Contact Center services, contributing to service quality assurance and ensuring compliance with agreed service standards.
Main responsibilities:
Monitoring of Contact Center service activities;
Analysis and verification of compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements);
Quality control of the delivered service;
Ongoing interaction with the Technical Staff responsible for service delivery;
Support in data analysis and reporting activities related to service performance.
Required Technical Skills:
Knowledge of the main Microsoft Office tools;
Knowledge of Salesforce;
Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and visualization;
Ability to analyze and interpret data;
Good familiarity with reporting and performance monitoring tools.
The ideal candidate is a proactive person with strong communication and analytical skills, goal-oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
Good planning and task management skills, curiosity, and a strong motivation to learn and grow professionally complete the profile.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical, scientific, engineering, economics or related fields.
