Ruolo e Responsabilità
Il Project Consultant (o prescrittore, o pre-sales) per il settore facciate continue e serramenti in alluminio offre supporto tecnico-specialistico e consulenza a studi di architettura, progettazione ed ingegneria, con l’obiettivo di favorire la prescrizione dei sistemi a capitolato. Il ruolo prevede un’interazione costante anche con imprese, general contractor, supportandoli per le richieste di offerte tecniche ed economiche attraverso la relazione con serramentisti e facciatisti. Zona di lavoro Triveneto.
Attività
Consulenza tecnica nella progettazione di facciate continue e serramenti in alluminio.
Redazione di studi di fattibilità e predisposizione di budget price per studi di architettura, progettazione ed ingegneria, finalizzati alla definizione di soluzioni a capitolato.
Supporto a imprese e general contractor per la gestione delle richieste di offerta su gare e progetti acquisiti, con il coinvolgimento di serramentisti e facciatisti.
Gestione della propria pipeline di progetti su piattaforma CRM.
Promozione e sviluppo di attività di networking presso studi di progettazione, associazioni di categoria, università, showroom e operatori del settore.
Collaborazione con l’ufficio marketing per l’organizzazione di eventi di formazione tecnica rivolti a professionisti, aziende e stakeholder del mercato.
Requisiti
Laurea tecnica (preferibilmente Ingegneria Edile, Architettura o titoli affini).
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli di prevendita tecnica o consulenza nel settore dei serramenti e facciate continue.
Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di progettazione e dei processi di gestione dei progetti dalla fase di progettazione finalizzata alla prescrizione a capitolato fino all’acquisizione della commessa da parte di imprese/general contractor e serramentisti/facciatisti.
Capacità relazionali e di comunicazione efficace con studi di progettazione, imprese e serramentisti/facciatisti.
Orientamento al lavoro in team, autonomia nella gestione e programmazione delle attività e forte attitudine al problem solving.
Padronanza della lingua inglese e dei principali strumenti informatici.
Disponibilità a trasferte sull’area di riferimento.
