About the Role
We are looking for aTechnical Presales Specialist – Cybersecurity to support our Sales teams and channel partners across Italy.
In this customer-facing role, you will act as atechnical security expert, helping partners understand, design, and position cybersecurity solutions based on their customers requirements.
You will work closely with oursecurity vendors, Business Development teams, and channel partners throughout the sales cycle.
What Youll Do
- Providetechnical presales support across our cybersecurity portfolio.
- Understand customer security requirements and recommend appropriatesecurity architectures and solutions.
- Delivertechnical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Support partners throughout thesales cycle, from technical discovery and solution design to implementation guidance.
- Collaborate withBusiness Development Managers, Sales Teams, Solution Architects, security vendors, and partners to develop opportunities.
- Act as atrusted technical advisor on cybersecurity technologies and best practices.
- Support partner enablement throughtechnical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Assist withRFPs, technical documentation, solution proposals, and architecture designs.
- Stay up to date with evolvingcybersecurity technologies, threats, and industry trends.
What Were Looking For
- Experience in aTechnical Presales, Security Engineer, Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity technologies such asnetwork security, firewalls, endpoint security, cloud security, identity and access management, SASE/SSE, and threat protection.
- Previous experience working withcybersecurity vendors or security solutions is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand technical customer requirements and translate them into appropriate solutions.
- Comfortable deliveringtechnical presentations and demonstrations to customers and partners.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevantcybersecurity or vendor certifications are desirable.
- FluentItalian and English.
