Job Summary
The HR Generalist – EMEA supports the delivery of core HR processes across multiple countries within the EMEA region. The role partners closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees to ensure consistent application of HR policies, compliance with local labor regulations, and effective employee lifecycle management in a multinational environment.
Objectives & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, contract management, changes, and offboarding across EMEA countries
- Provide day‑to‑day HR support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and HR tools
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies, working closely with external advisors where required
- Support performance management, annual review, and compensation processes
- Coordinate and maintain accurate HR documentation and personnel files
- Support employee relations activities, escalating complex cases to the HR Business Partner as appropriate
- Collaborate with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate data flow and HR administration
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives at regional or global level
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role, preferably in a multinational environment
- Solid knowledge of HR processes and employment law within at least one EMEA country
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
