Solution Specialist in Trasportation Management Systems:
Your role
As a Solution Specialist in TMS your challenges will include:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system specifications;
Develop end-to-end process flows, track and coordinate key design decisions for the system;
Define master data requirements and oversee data flow design;
Ensure the new US solution aligns with the global template defined during pilot Italian project;
Ensure that the French solution aligns with the already established European template;
Oversee the execution phase, including pre-invoicing flow, disputes, and extra cost management;
Support change management, including stakeholder analysis, engagement plans, and communication strategies;
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure operational readiness of the solution and its service transition;
Monitor project progress, track and manage risks, and provide escalation support;
Create and provide test cases to implementation teams to support the testing and validation of the solution;
Test the end-to-end flows ensuring it meets business requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree;
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with a focus on transportation management systems or similar field;
Fluent in English, French is an optional;
Has taken part to rollout of Transportation Management systems;
Willingness to travel between France and the US as required by the project phases;
Understanding of transportation management systems and logistics processes;
Familiarity with SAP, TESI modules, Transporeon is desirable;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate IT concepts to a non-IT stakeholder;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple streams simultaneously.
