***Contract Details:
- Fixed-term seasonal contract from now until October 31st, 2026.
- Location: Genova (Bolzaneto), Italy.
What You’ll Do
- Deliveries to Yachts – Deliver food, beverages and supplies to yachts and luxury vessels throughout Genoa and Liguria. Check order integrity and communicate any issues or delays to clients and the office.
- Goods Collection – Collect products from suppliers, wholesalers, supermarkets and local shops, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Route Planning & Logistics – Organize daily collections and deliveries efficiently, managing schedules, urgent requests and last-minute changes.
- Quality Control – Check products before collection and delivery, ensuring quality standards appropriate for crew or guest use.
- Purchasing Support – Assist the purchasing team by verifying product availability and coordinating collections with suppliers when required.
- Vehicle Maintenance – Maintain company vehicles in clean and efficient condition, reporting any maintenance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Driver’s License (B) with Van Driving Experience – Previous experience driving vans in urban environments is essential.
- Good Knowledge of Genoa and Surrounding Areas – Familiarity with local roads, suppliers, ports, shipyards and logistics routes is highly appreciated
- Experience in Logistics, Deliveries, Food Retail or Hospitality – Previous experience in a dynamic operational environment is preferred.
- Fluent in English – Ability to communicate with international yacht crew, suppliers and clients.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to handle orders accurately and maintain product quality standards.
- Problem-Solving & Teamwork – Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work closely with colleagues.
- Availability & Flexibility – Willingness to work additional hours during the busy summer season when required.
