On behalf of a growing company operating in the luxury hospitality, we are now looking for a:
Global Talent Acquisition Manager
The Global Talent Acquisition Manager will play a strategic role in defining and implementing the company’s global Talent Acquisition strategy, managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different markets. The role will work closely with Regional Presidents and managers to attract top talent, support business growth, and foster a global Talent Acquisition culture through shared processes, international best practices, and a consistent approach to candidate experience and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and implement the global Talent Acquisition strategy for all companies within the Group
Manage end-to-end recruitment for internationally positions
Develop scalable processes, tools and best practices for all markets
Strengthen employer branding and build global talent pipelines
Partner with leaders to define role requirements and workforce planning needs
Implement and optimize ATS and digital recruitment tools
Track and report TA performance using data-driven insights
Requirements:
5+ years of international Talent Acquisition experience required
Must be fluent in English
Proven ability to build or scale TA processes from the ground up
Strong knowledge of global recruitment methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, agile mindset and the ability to thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments
Salary Range: 60.000€ - 70.000€
