In the role of Guest Relations Agent at Villa Sant'Andrea, a Belmond Hotel, you will be at the heart of the guest experience. You will be an essential part of our Front Office team, managing all aspects of the guest's stay from check-in to check-out, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and personalized service. Primary Responsibilities Include
- Warmly welcoming and assisting guests during check-in and check-out processes.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring a personalized stay.

Providing bespoke recommendations for hotel services, local attractions, and dining experiences in Taormina.

Proactively engaging with guests to gather feedback and address any concerns promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.

Acting as a key liaison between guests and various hotel departments to facilitate special requests and ensure seamless service delivery.

Coordinating personalized amenities, experiences, and surprises to enhance the guest journey.

Maintaining detailed guest profiles to ensure continuity of service and recognition during future stays.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Previous experience as a Guest Relations Agent in a 5-star luxury hotel.

Proficiency with hotel management systems (HMS) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A polished, professional appearance and demeanour.

Strong problem-solving abilities and grace under pressure.

Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken), other languages are well accepted.
