Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The HR Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across various HR functions. This role requires a thorough understanding of HR operations, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
Administer and manage HR systems, including employee data management, benefits administration, employee self-service portal, time and attendance system, etc.
Process HR transactions, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and benefits enrollments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with local laws and regulations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure HR data integrity and provide data reports to support business needs.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as talent management, performance reviews, employee engagement activities, etc.
Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and propose process improvements.
Act as the point of contact for employees and suppliers regarding benefits.
Manage order requests for meal vouchers, including handling cases of lost, stolen, or deactivated vouchers: inserting new users and ordering new cards.
Ensure that new hires are included in the insurance coverage and all other benefits.
Serve as the primary contact for suppliers to renew coverages and update the list of employees on a yearly basis.
Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits-related payments, including payroll file controls.
Maintain data accuracy to ensure excellent quality service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or related roles.
In-depth knowledge of HR systems and applications, including HRIS (Workday), ATS, and payroll process.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is preferred.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Fungere da contatto principale per i fornitori per il rinnovo delle coperture e l'aggiornamento annuale dell'elenco del personale.
Collaborare con i team payroll e finance per garantire l'elaborazione accurata e tempestiva degli stipendi e dei pagamenti relativi ai benefit, inclusi i controlli sui file payroll.
Mantenere l'accuratezza dei dati per garantire un servizio di eccellente qualità.
Requisiti:
Laurea in Risorse Umane, Amministrazione Aziendale o campo correlato.
Esperienza di oltre 5 anni in operazioni HR, amministrazione HR o ruoli correlati.
Conoscenza approfondita di sistemi e applicazioni HR, inclusi HRIS (Workday), ATS e processi payroll.
Solida comprensione di processi, policy e procedure HR.
Eccellenti capacità organizzative con abilità di gestire più attività e stabilire priorità efficacemente.
Eccezionale attenzione ai dettagli e solide capacità analitiche.
Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta.

Estimated compensation for this position:
35,000.00 – 45,000.00 EUR per year
Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including, but not limited to, skills and competencies assessed on the basis of objective criteria.
