At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Recruiter - Early Careers & Campus who brings strong capability in campus recruitment delivery and stakeholder engagement, and is motivated to own end-to-end hiring outcomes.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and university partners, while also supporting high-impact recruitment events across Italy, primarily in Tuscany.
Campus & Event Delivery
- Apply your organisational skills to deliver campus recruitment activities, including career fairs, university events, mock interviews, and assessment centres
- Use your coordination skills to manage multiple events across Italy, with regular travel and on-site presence in Florence
- Contribute to successful delivery by ensuring strong logistics, stakeholder alignment, and a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with campus teams to support assessment centres throughout peak periods (Nov–Dec, Apr–May)
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Use your relationship-building skills to partner with hiring managers, universities, and internal stakeholders
- Apply your consulting skills to guide hiring managers on timelines, strategies, and early careers recruitment best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to align attraction strategies with hiring demand
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Apply your recruitment expertise to manage the full early careers recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer
- Use your influencing skills to support hiring decisions, calibration, and offer processes
- Deliver strong candidate pipelines and support progression through to onboarding
- Contribute to achieving hiring targets, SLAs, and DE&I objectives
Collaboration & Delivery Excellence
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Use your analytical skills to monitor funnel performance and address bottlenecks
- Support coordinators by sharing best practices and client insights
Technology, Data & Compliance
- Use your attention to detail to maintain accurate updates across ATS, CRM, and tracking tools
- Apply your understanding of compliance to meet legal and client requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks in line with AMS frameworks
Must-have
- Fluent English & Italian - both written and spoken
- Demonstrated ability in end-to-end recruitment delivery, ideally within early careers or campus hiring
- Strength in event coordination, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
- Ability to travel regularly across Italy and attend on-site events (Florence/Tuscany)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
- Strength in analytical thinking, using data to improve outcomes
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems, or strong learning agility
Nice-to-have
- Experience in campus or early careers recruitment
- Familiarity with assessment centres
- Experience in an RPO, agency, or high-volume environment
- Understanding of DE&I in hiring
- Awareness of recruitment compliance and legislation

We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the minimum expected remuneration is 29,000 EUR, plus applicable benefits.
