Your Impact
As a Store Planning Intern, you will join the Store Planning team at our Headquarters in Meda and contribute to the development of retail spaces that embody Cassina's design excellence and brand identity.
Working closely with the Store Planning team, you will support showroom projects from concept to completion, helping ensure that every retail environment reflects our visual standards and delivers a consistent brand experience worldwide.
What You'll Do
You will support the team across a wide range of store planning activities, including:
- Assisting in the architectural design and development of new showrooms, from concept through opening;
- Supporting the implementation of Cassina's visual merchandising and architectural guidelines across retail spaces;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of product displays and showroom layouts to enhance the customer experience;
- Collaborating with dealers and internal stakeholders to ensure the correct implementation of the brand's retail standards;
- Supporting the management of showroom opening projects and related planning activities;
- Assisting in the coordination of furniture orders and project-related materials;
- Supporting the definition and monitoring of stock management plans in collaboration with the Store Planning team;
- Preparing layouts, presentations and technical documentation for ongoing projects;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field;
- Previous academic or internship experience in retail design, architecture or interior design is considered a plus;
- An international mindset or previous international experience is appreciated;
- Good knowledge of architectural and graphic design software.
Languages & Soft Skills
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across different functions;
- Creative thinking, adaptability and a proactive approach.
