For our Florence office, we are looking for a Structural Engineer to join our team.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Civil or Building Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have experience in the design of reinforced concrete, steel, timber, and masonry structures
- Have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, BIM-Revit, and structural analysis software such as MIDAS and SAP2000
- Have experience in seismic vulnerability assessments and the design of retrofit interventions for existing buildings
- Are able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in both Italian and English
- Possess strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Your main responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the structural and multidisciplinary design teams across SCE Project’s Rome and Milan offices, reporting to the Project Manager
- Contribute to the structural design of projects, working both within multidisciplinary teams and alongside external stakeholders
- Support structural site supervision activities and provide technical assistance to contractors involved in our projects
- Organize and manage your work to achieve project objectives while meeting agreed deadlines and budget requirements
