Junior Test Engineer (Relocation to Germany):
Within the Aerospace & Defence division, the selected candidate will be involved in testing, validation, and verification activities of aeronautical systems, contributing to high-tech projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and prominent clients.
The position includes a structured growth path, with mentoring and on-the-job training aimed at the progressive development of technical and design skills.
Main Responsibilities
Support the definition of specifications and test plans in collaboration with engineering and prototyping teams
Perform tests on aeronautical systems (structural, environmental, vibrational, and functional), initially under supervision
Analyze and interpret test data, contributing to validation activities
Assist in drafting technical documentation and test reports
Support the technical coordination of external suppliers
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methods and tools, with exposure to automation and data analysis topics
Requirements
Degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Basic knowledge of test engineering gained during academic studies, thesis work, or similar experiences
Familiarity with test plans, test specifications, and test procedures
Theoretical knowledge of main test types (structural, environmental, vibrational, functional)
Basic skills in measurement data analysis
Familiarity with measurement instruments and test environments
Interest in the aviation/aerospace sector and certification topics
C/C++ e Python
Experience: 0–2 years
Nice to Have
Even brief experience in industrial environments or aerospace projects
Basic knowledge of data analysis tools or programming languages
Interest in test automation

Salary range: €54,000 – €70,000
