As an Expert Planning – DTC, you will take ownership of the integrated project schedule for large and complex Data Center projects. Acting as the planning authority, you will lead schedule development, governance, and control across all project phases while supporting strategic decision-making through schedule analysis and forecasting. Working closely with project leadership, engineering, procurement, construction, and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated resource-loaded master schedules using Primavera P6
- Lead schedule governance and ensure compliance with planning standards and procedures
- Coordinate scheduling activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams
- Conduct critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and schedule risk assessments
- Provide schedule reporting, progress analysis, forecasts, and mitigation plans to project and senior management
- Support claims management, change management, and schedule impact assessments
- Contribute to bid and tender schedules as well as project execution strategies
- Mentor and guide planners within project teams
- Drive continuous improvement of planning tools, templates, and best practices
- Represent the Planning Scheduling function in client and stakeholder meetings
Show your expertise
- Degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification combined with relevant professional experience
- Minimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience in large-scale capital projects
- Experience within hyperscale Data Center, DTC, or high-tech industrial projects is strongly preferred
- Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and scheduling methodologies
- Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, critical path analysis, and forensic schedule analysis
- Understanding of construction sequencing, project execution, and commissioning strategies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Very good written and spoken English and Italian is required
- Willingness to travel and support project activities on-site when required
The salary range for this position is between € 52'500 and € 61'600 gross per year (full-time). The exact salary will be determined within this range based on objective and transparent criteria, including role scope, qualifications, and relevant professional experience.
