Purpose:
The Retail Mainline Demand Planning intern has the responsibility to support the retail mainline pre-season team. This role will be in charge to support the pre-season planning activities on Range Plans management, forecasting analysis and reporting to collect and share insights on accuracy and performances internally and externally for the Retail mainline channels (O&O and Franchise).
The person will help the team leveraging sell-out and shipments data and store performance KPI like Sell-through and rate of sales.
This role will collaborate with retail merchandising, retail team, franchise team, trading team and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pre-season planning team in analysis, reporting and the implementation of new tools

Help the pre-season planning team with the Purchase budget files
-
Build reports on the assortment architecture creation (options count)

Help on analyzing size performances for the retail planning groups

Support on the coordination of the implementation of key programs like Capsules, Agility packs, Blue tab and collabs

Support on the grading and segmentation analysis to help identifying change opportunities

Conduct quantitative analysis and insights to optimize line profitability, monetize new opportunities and identify risks
Education:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance area or equivalent
Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
-
Advanced skills in excel and knowledge of ERP system is a plus (SAP, planning tools)

Proficiency in English, oral and written
