- Registered under Italian Law 68/99 (Categorie Protette)
- Prior experience in structured organizations or consulting firms, supporting technical or operational teams will be considered as a plus.
- Good Level in English both written and spoken
- Teamwork skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset
- Degree or diploma in:
- Engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Naval, Civil, etc.)
- Administrative disciplines (e.g., Economics, Business Administration, etc.)
- Human Resources or related fields
- Experience, even brief, in supporting activities within:
- Technical or operational teams
- Administrative or back-office functions
- HR areas such as recruitment, training, personnel administration, or development
- A dynamic, international, and stimulating work environment
