The opportunity :
We are looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for developing preliminary solutions, technical and commercial offers.
You will develop, implement and manage the strategic/local accounts strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction and will coordinate the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems.
How you'll make an impact:
- You will have the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, experience in handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions, ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements, willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends;
- In collaboration with the Account Manager implement sales strategy. Understand the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices and prepare sales plans, review them and propose recovery plan(s) when needed;
- Generate sales lead and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios;
- You will support the tendering management process by reviewing Request for Quotation (RFQ) , generate Bill of Quantity , price presentation, and other relevant tasks.
- You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Contribute to risk assessments related to price and quality. Register required information into the appropriate customer database. Ensure technical reliability, safety and cost-effective solutions to satisfy customer’s needs. Comply with health and safety directives; Drive application of standardized Marketing & Sales processes and tools (Salesforce, account plans, etc.) for the account.
Your background:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical/Energy/Mechanical / Automation / Electronic Engineering;
- >2 years of working experience (experience in a Technical Sales role will be considered a plus);
- Good analytical skills, proactivity and customer oriented mindset;
- Excellent ability to work in a team;
- Good knowledge of written / spoken of English and Italian;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce;
- Driving license.

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:
Starting from: 38000 € gross
The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
