As a Junior System Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our local IT infrastructure across Italy. - Operational responsibilities for the server and network local infrastructure running in Italy

Support the infrastructure in the plants, capable of identifying, classifying, follow-up and resolving possible failures in the local IT/OT infrastructure, minimising the impact on production.

Manage changes of local infrastructure in collaboration with the Global/Regional IT organization to ensure service excellence, supporting local requirements and meeting customer expectations.

Carries out all assigned roll-out activities for new standard operations, set-up, analysis, implementation, operation, re-launch and decommissioning of technology components, merge and acquisition.

Implements and ensures local compliance and Security with corporate policies, standards and procedures.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, ICT Engineering, or related fields

Knowledge of ITIL Processes and MS Office

Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships across all organizational levels
