An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives, such as the CEO, Managing Director, or Executive Director. The role is essential in ensuring executives can focus on strategic priorities by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling confidential business matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and business correspondence.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications, prioritizing urgent matters.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain office records, files, and executive documentation.
- Assist with project coordination and monitor deadlines.
- Support event planning, conferences, and executive functions.
- Perform general administrative duties and provide ad hoc support as required.

Preferred Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Experience supporting senior executives is highly desirable.
