The program manager is the responsible of development project up to commercial release, including budget control, quality, product cost, and time to market. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing multiple projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, innovation, supply-chain, and sales
As Program Manager, your missions will be :
Project Planning and Execution

Develop project plans, outlining project scope, goals, timelines

Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Stakeholder Management

Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members to ensure effective communication and alignment, especially during TG validation preparation

Conduct regular status updates and progress reports, using company tools (eg. Sciforma)
Budget and Resource Management

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints

Develop regular outlook in compliance with company policy

Secure the respect of the development full-life cost
Quality Control and Assurance

Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, aligning with stakeholders

Secure alignment with Sidel guidelines in terms of quality focus, modularity & standardization ambitions

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies for an efficient project management
- Secure the development and introduction of new best practices in program management through digitalization, new tools and by growing transversally across different platform
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience;

Proven track record in project or program management and a strong foundation in product development;

Ladership, communication, and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders;

Highly organized and detail-oriented, you excel in time management and can navigate complex, fast-paced environments with ease;

You bring a data-driven approach to problem-solving, demonstrating adaptability in the face of ambiguity and shifting priorities;

Comfortable managing multiple projects across different sites and platforms, you are also open to travel as needed;

You are proficient in project management tools (preferably Sciforma) and have strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and Power BI. Familiarity with PowerApps and Power Automate is a plus.
