Job Description:
We are looking for a Global Product Support (GPS) Quality Leader to drive quality improvement and governance across our Global Product Support organization within the High Voltage business.
In this role, you will act as a key interface between GPS and R&D Quality, ensuring consistent application of quality processes and methodologies throughout product and system changes. You will support quality assurance, risk mitigation, audits, and continuous improvement while helping teams translate customer and business requirements into robust quality practices.

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of quality standards, processes, and methodologies across Global Product Support activities
• Ensure effective execution of the HV Design Change Process, including quality requirements, acceptance criteria, verification and validation, and change implementation
• Support product quality and risk mitigation through FMEA, PPAP/APQP, Quality Control Plans, DFM/DFA, reliability reviews, Lessons Learned, NCR data, and Cost of Poor Quality insights
• Act as the key interface between GPS and R&D Quality, consolidating findings, aligning priorities, and supporting improvements across product development and lifecycle management
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, non-conformity management, root cause analysis, and effective corrective and preventive actions
• Coach and train GPS teams on quality methods and processes while promoting a strong quality mindset and cross-functional collaboration
• Engineering degree combined with relevant experience in Global Product Support, product quality, R&D quality, or a comparable technical quality environment
• Strong knowledge of product verification and validation, Design and Process FMEA, quality management systems, and structured problem-solving and root cause analysis methods
• Experience with product change management and quality planning methodologies such as APQP, PPAP, Gate Models, and Quality Control Plans
• Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations, together with experience supporting or conducting quality audits
• Experience with risk management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional quality initiatives in complex technical or industrial environments
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and experience with project management methodologies are valuable
