Key Responsibilities
- Complete care of the bar station, cleaning, and preparation for service
- Mise en place for aperitifs
- Accurate and timely recording of transactions in the MICROS system
- Collaboration with the Bar Manager
Requirements
- Knowledge of table service
- Knowledge of classic cocktails (I.B.A.)
- Minimum experience in wine service
- Previous experience in luxury hotel/restaurant establishments
