We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with top-notch expertise within the e-commerce industry to join our Online Store team in Milan as E-Commerce Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of an organization's e-commerce platform, leading a team of professionals to manage and optimize the online store to drive sales, enhance user experience, and ensure the platform's overall success and business goals.
What you'll do:
Lead and supervise an Online Store team, ensuring efficient daily operations.
Implement and monitor strategic plans to achieve sales and growth objectives.
Define and execute the commercial plan.
Act as the primary contact for brand partners, ensuring website alignment with brand guidelines.
Stay updated on competitor best practices to suggest new business development areas.
Oversee daily online store operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and order processing.
Manage customer inquiries and support requests to ensure high satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team on sales and promotional campaigns.
Analyze store performance data to make data-driven decisions.
Oversee SEO efforts to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
Supervise quality checks and technical issue resolutions.
Manage the onboarding process for new team members.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and consumer protection laws.
Manage the budget for brands, covering buying, marketing, and technology investments.
What we’re looking for:
At least 4-5 years in a similar role, with proven experience in an e-commerce environment, preferably within the fashion or luxury industries/brands.
Proven experience in managing and developing a team.
Proven experience in leading a business transformation to develop new business opportunities.
Experience with eCommerce partners, including site design, site maintenance, and online campaigns.
Back-end CMS merchandising and site management experience – preferably in Salesforce.
Strong analytical approach, results-driven mindset, and ability to multitask, with solid organizational and time-management skills.
Relationship-oriented, ability to build strong, sustainable relationships with internal/external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, and dynamic working environment.
Proficiency in both Italian and English required.
What we offer:
Compensation package within a range of €38,000–€45,000 gross annual salary, plus meal vouchers and a performance-based bonus.
