The Role
Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, you will define and execute La Redoute Italy's pricing strategy, turning data into action to drive profitability, optimize the online product experience, and align cross-functional teams (E-store, Marketing, Finance) on category and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Planning
- Co-build the commercial plan with the E-store, Marketing, and Finance managers.
- Benchmark our offer vs. competitors, leveraging laredoute.it performance data and Product team inputs.
- Define pricing strategy at category and family level, leveraging seasonality.
Partner with Finance to support annual and seasonal budget definition with data-driven insights on pricing, promotions, and product performance.

Pricing & Discount Policy
- Set optimal pricing across categories using market trends, competitor benchmarks, and internal performance data.
- Design and monitor discount schemes, promotional campaigns, and markdown strategies, in line with the commercial plan and in collaboration with management Control.
Measure pricing effectiveness through KPIs and propose corrective action plans.

Marketing & Commercial Activation
- Provide product data to the Marketing team to guide sales plan decisions.
Plan merchandising updates around seasonal changes, new collection launches, and end-of-season transitions to maximize sell-through.

Performance Monitoring
- Track Home & Fashion performance: product KPIs (turnover, discount rate, margin)
- Identify product growth levers and share them with E-store and Marketing teams.
Present Italian performance and strategy during major strategic meetings

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, or Finance.
- Knowledge of the Home and/or Fashion sectors.
- Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Team player with a decision-making mindset.
Blend of marketing and finance acumen.
