We are looking for a night porter for our Welcome Desk to assist our guests with their requests and needs throughout the night.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor access points and common areas
- Manage emergency situations (alarms, medical emergencies, equipment malfunctions)
- Perform late-night or after-hours check-ins and check-outs
- Carry out regular inspections of the facilities and technical systems
- Respond to nighttime requests or phone calls
Requirements:
- Good command of German, Italian and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for interacting with guests
- Strong team spirit and a high level of attention to detail
- Punctuality and reliability
- Cleanliness and a strong sense of order
- Friendly and professional manner
