Job Profile
Qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, Category Management, or Trade Marketing with a proven track record in downstream marketing and in-store execution
- Expert competency in shopper-centric strategy and category growth management, with the ability to translate insights into impactful merchandising plans
- Demonstrated experience in developing compelling product concepts and leading innovative shelf-level executions and planograms
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive cross-functional alignment on downstream priorities
- High proficiency in analytical thinking, business planning, and financial acumen (P&L understanding, forecasting, GfK/Nielsen data interpretation)
- Fluency in English is required for effective collaboration with core teams and markets
- A true shopper and consumer obsession with a proven ability to think creatively about in-store innovation
Preferred:
- Direct experience within the Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) industry is a plus.
- Other preferred industries: Consumer Durables, Consumer Electronics, Automotive, Food & beverage, Cosmetics or Apparel.
- Experience managing global product launches for a premium brand
- Proven experience in a local subsidiary, actively contributing to the development and execution of the Local Marketing Plan

What we offer:

Our salary range for this position is 40.000€-55.000€, plus MBO, and the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) is metalmeccanico.
