Define and implement CVM strategy (mainly retention, up & cross selling) for all customer base through online and retail public promotions (in close relationship with affiliates);
Define promotional strategy across all products, create and execute campaigns;
Define and implement promotional strategy for all customer base including increase of % of marketing consents;
Monitor main KPIs related to mass market customers and to campaign performances;
Design and implement Generosity initiatives, to drive retention and optimize customer value;
Act as a second level support to Customer Care for issues related to promotional activities;
Define, implement and manage loyalty strategy, with the objective to increase brand engagement and retention, for ensuring that the loyalty program supports also cross selling and Responsible Gaming limits objectives;
Design the loyalty program in terms of goals, mechanics, rewarding, economic and technical feasibility;
Implement and manage the loyalty program evolutions also through benchmarks and customer listening and define the yearly roadmap;
Manage loyalty awareness and engagement campaign plans, both online and in store,
Monitor main loyalty KPIs in terms of engaged customers, loyalty transactions on retail, loyalty bonus spending, loyalty CSI and define corrective actions;
Manage omnichannel activities in terms of caring events (online and offline) and continuous push on loyalty usage on retail to enlarge omnichannel Customer Base;
Manage promotions (like bonus wheel) in terms of clustering, goals, mechanics, rewarding, economics and technical feasibility.
You have demonstrated years of hands-on Data Analysis experience
You’re confident with key tools: Excel, Promo Engine, BI Platform;
You’re analytical and data-driven, able to extract insights from metrics and refine strategies accordingly;
You’re proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
You communicate clearly across teams, enjoy cross-functional teamwork, and are proficient in English;
University degree is a plus but not required.

Base pay hiring range for this role in Italy - Milan, Rome : €63.000- €83.000 gross per year,under the CCNL Commercio collective agreement, level Quadro .
