Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- At least 3 years' experience in supply procedures and storekeeping duties;
- At least 3 years' experience in administrative procedures;
- Must possess a driving license.
Duties/role:
- Assisting the commander in all Property Accounting processes, namely by leading activities and periodically cross-checking inventory with balance lists provided by Agency Sub-PAO and PAO;
- Preparing vouchers, shipping documents and reports of survey;
- Packaging, shipping, receiving and distributing all materials for equipment repair, exchange and calibration.
