TEAMCENTER SOLUTION ARCHITECT
Location: North Italy/remote work
Salary range: 50000 E - 90000 E
Key Responsibilities
A Teamcenter Solution Architect designs and implements Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using Siemens Teamcenter, translating business requirements into technical specifications. They lead architectural design, configure/customize Active Workspace, manage data models, and integrate with CAD/ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Key responsibilities include ensuring system performance, mentoring teams on best practices, and driving digital transformation.
Core Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture: Create technical designs for Teamcenter implementations, including data models, workflows, and integrations, while balancing Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) functionality with customization.

Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops to understand business needs and translate them into functional, scalable, and secure PLM solutions.

Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace customization.

Integration & Configuration: Configure 2-Tier/4-Tier clients, Active Workspace, Dispatcher, and integrate with CAD (NX) and ERP systems.

Data Migration & Upgrades: Support data migration projects and system upgrades.
Work Experience
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience designing and supporting Teamcenter PLM solutions.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA), Active Workspace (AWC) customization, data model configuration, and C++/Java.

Integration Skills: Proven experience with integration tools (e.g., T4S, T4O).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills to lead and influence.
