Technical Application Consultant in 2nd Level Support
Job description:
- Product support for the 1st level support team of Pepperl+Fuchs subsidiaries in all technical matters
- Clarification of technical issues at the request of 1st level support, as well as specifications for quotation preparation
- Consulting on the use of products in various applications and their integration with different customer systems
- Support in troubleshooting applications/products in cooperation with 1st level support, if necessary also on-site at the customer's premises
- Conducting product training for Pepperl+Fuchs employees and customers
- Internal contact person for technical questions for departments such as product management, as well as for Pepperl+Fuchs subsidiaries
- Pre- / After-sales support
Job requirement:
- A successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field
- Fluent in written and spoken English due to our international focus
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Entrepreneurial and business-oriented mindset
