Our Company
Elha Laser Center has been one of the pioneers in the laser hair removal industry for more than 10 years. We are currently leading the market in Southern Europe with more than 430 stores across Spain, Italy, France and Portugal.
Our value proposition is to offer an excellent service at a competitive price, delivered by trained specialists using the latest-generation laser technology. We do not operate through franchises, so we can control the end-to-end experience for our more than 1 million clients. That focus on quality shows in our results: more than 60,000 reviews on Google with a 4.9/5 rating.
Italy is where we are writing our next growth chapter: we already run 50 stores and rank among the top 5 largest brands in the category, with a clear ambition to become the number one laser brand. Category penetration is still developing in the market and consumer behaviour differs structurally from Spain, which makes this a market where real brand-building work matters and gets noticed.
Your Role
As Brand Manager for Elha in Italy, you will develop the brand in this market: defining positioning, tone of voice and content strategy together with the Head of Marketing, and bringing it to life through creative campaigns that build awareness, recognition and community. You will adapt our shared brand standard to Italian culture and language, and be the driving force behind how Elha shows up in Italy.
You are based in our offices in Milan, reporting to the Head of Marketing and to our Country Manager as well, and backed by our central team in areas such as design, content, data, performance, CRM and AI while supported by local creative and influencer marketing agencies.
Our marketing team works in outcome-based squads, organized around three goals: acquisition, retention, and brand building. You connect Italy's local strategy and execution into these squads:
- Acquisition Squad: Content and influencer/UGC activity that generates demand through performance marketing.
- Brand Building Squad: Social media, community, local awareness and offline marketing, and brand recognition campaigns.
- Retention/CRM Squad: You help adapt CRM strategy to the market.
Your Impact
Developing the brand, driving awareness and growing the business
- Co-own ideation, together with the Head of Marketing, of all creative and brand-awareness campaigns, and their execution.
- Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and content direction with the Head of Marketing, based on User Research and User Attitude studies, and ensure it is consistently executed.
- Spot and translate local insights into brand and content decisions.
- Coordinate with other departments so positioning is understood and correctly executed across every asset.
- This isn't only a brand-building role. We expect to see your work translate into measurable impact on new-client acquisition and returning-client traffic (and that means being comfortable with the business metrics behind that impact, tracking them, interpreting them, and reporting on them regularly) with direct exposure to the Country Manager.
