CRA Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team in Turin. This role is a transversal Group position, dedicated to sourcing and hiring a wide range of profiles across all CRA Group companies, from architecture and design to technology and operations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across different teams and companies within the Group
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
- Screen applications and coordinate interviews
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Support talent pipelines and ongoing hiring needs across the Group
- 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple roles
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Preferable to have experience abroad
- A dynamic and international work environment
